1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your luxury items, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Custom or engraved items are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ship the item back to us using the provided label.
- Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, size, or color, you can do so within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. If the exchanged item has a higher price, you will be asked to pay the difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Cancellations

8. International Returns
For international orders, the return process remains the same; however, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
